A player and a live board
for social-dance DJs

Point Qaudio at your music folders and it reads title, artist, BPM and genre for you — then puts the track you are playing on the dancers' phones, live.

Only what the booth needs

A screen you can read on stage, shortcuts your hands remember, sound that never drops.

One folder, a whole library

Point Qaudio at your music folders and it reads title, artist, album and cover art into a list. Search, sort and filter stay instant at 5,000 tracks.

BPM and genre, sorted out

Tracks without a BPM are analyzed in the background, and messy genre tags are normalized to salsa, bachata, kizomba and the rest. Every value stays editable.

Queue and crossfade

Cue the next track and decks A and B hand over automatically with a 0–12 s crossfade. The time remaining changes color at 30 s and 10 s.

A live board on every phone

Dancers scan the QR and see the current track, what is next, the BPM and the genre. No app to install — a browser is enough, and the same Wi‑Fi works without internet.

DJ messages · set planner · second monitor

Pin a notice such as “Tonight: salsa 3 : bachata 3” to the top of the board, compare the mix you planned with what you actually played, and put a full-screen board on the second monitor.

Open the live board

Enter the 6-character room code from the DJ screen and you will see what is playing.

A room code only shows track information. Viewers cannot change what is playing.

Frequently asked

Is it free?

Licensing and pricing will be announced at launch on this page and in the release notes. License keys are designed to be verified without an internet connection.

Does it work offline?

Playback and the library never need the internet. The live board also works on the same Wi‑Fi through an address the app serves itself. Only remote access (mobile data) needs a connection.

Which files are supported?

MP3, M4A/AAC, FLAC, OGG, Opus and WAV. Playlists import and export as m3u/m3u8.

What about tracks with no BPM?

They are analyzed automatically in the background. Analyzed values carry a tilde (~) so you can tell them from tag values, and you can always correct them by hand.

Do dancers need to install anything?

No. They scan the QR with a phone browser or type the room code. No install, no sign-in.

Do my audio files go to a server?

They do not. All that leaves your computer is the title, artist, genre, BPM and a cover thumbnail under 300 px. Your library and playlists stay on the PC.
